Ultimate Savings Club
Twice a year—usually spring for the air conditioner and fall for the heater—our technicians will give your HVAC system a thorough inspection and tune–up. During the inspection, the technicians will locate any problems that might cause your heater or AC trouble later in the season, such as loose wires, Freon leaks, and thermostat miscalibration.
Don’t worry about an emergency problem with your AC or heater outside of office hours. You can call us any time of the day or night, 365 days a year, and we’ll be there! Our commitment to service agreement customers means a technician will be at your door within 24 hours of contacting us.

Seller warrants that all work performed and all parts and equipment which are installed in the servicing of the heating and air conditioning unit(s) were completed in a workmanlike manner and that said work shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date said work was performed or manufacturer warranties, whichever is longer. Seller's obligation for defective products and/or workmanship or any damage caused thereby, Buyers exclusive remedy shall be limited, at Seller's option, to the paid by customer for said service and shall be conditioned upon seller receiving actual written notice of said defect within the 365-day period noted herein.
